Thread: Let's chill a bit
One of the things that I like about this community is that it fairly laid back and likes to have fun. It doesn't have a lot of fighting that the other boards do, and even when we have our b*tch sessions or rants, they are still on the laid back side. Frankly, I think we got one of the better profession communities on these boards...and I am not saying that because I am the chef correspondent....I am the chef correspondent because I got such a cool community backing me up. Otherwise I would have left a while ago.
But things seem to be a bit...tense lately. Let's all take a collective deep breath and just relax a bit. If you see a holochef ask a question that is on the stickies, just either answer or ignore. If you see a holochef ask a question that is not on the stickies, then answer. Asking questions is never a bad thing.
ANd if you see something that is offinsive to you, then just ignore it. It will go away soon enough.

Bah! I hate the whole star system....meaning the system on these boards. I have know problem with the actual star system and I am actually quite fond of Earth and Uranus.
(Wonders if Saitek is the one that always one stars him....put her on his list of enemies)

Heheh. Well... in my opinion I think the pressure is rising in here because of the impending chef redo.
I myself, Novice though I may be yet, am rather excited that chef will suddenly become a highly sought-after supplier. I intend to makeMaster some day and am enjoying the climb while doing it. And we as chefs are now nervous; we have seen the sudden influx of CHs when mounts arrived, and fly-by-night new Master Artisans flooding the servers with vehicles. We know the same will soon happen to us, driving the market down with uncaring people who are not chefs for the long run, yet more Holochefs [no love for you! Next!], and general market scullduggery for us when we finally have our moment.
So, we are all tense.
But **edit**! This is gonna be fun.
Vayde is right. I have a dozen other professions I thought about trying. But chef has been a lot of fun. Id like to see the tentative buffs on our non-artisan foods. That might make us happy. Im staying a chef for a long time I hope. And i want to see the best for our profession. Plus Im also a DE and you know how we can be with Hologrinders.
Im sorry I will be visting one of the temples in game to search for my inner peace. I hope i get an exploration badge for it.

It took me a couple jawa beers, but I'm pretty chilled out now.
I still reserve the right to go after holo chefs that attack my colleagues though, I'll just take the edge off.
