Ya know, I have been thinking about this....

January last year I was laid off from my job with a week's severence pay. In Febuary, I started a temp job that paid 20k more than the one that laid me off...and in October I was hired by the company in a permanent position with good benefits.

I started dating again after a two year dry spell...

And I found an apartment that is 300 square feet larger than my old one, complete with washer and dryer in the unit, for just $25 dollars more a month than my old one.

All in all, 2003 was a really, really good year!

And I hope 2004 is as good for you all as 2003 was for me.
