New chef here... 0/0/2/0 and extremely poor (**edit** twi'lik dancers ). Is there anything in the chef tree that I can make that will sell on the bazaar fairly quickly?

Thanks,

Ahab

Well, you've made Mix II, Sunburns are always popular, although with no skills in the Cooking branch yet, you'll probably have to sell for a lower price. Try making a few of those with some high OQ gas, put your experimentation points into quantity and sell for 150 or 200 per dose. Don't try to sell in a saturated market. If there are already 10 nine-stack sunburns for sale, try a bazaar in a smaller town.

Durindfire is also an ok seller, since it gives a decent mind boost when you drink two of them. Make sure to use Kylessian Fruit Distallate as your alcohol base to get the best results.

If you have some Engineering skills in Artisan, you can sell high-quantity Bofa treats labeled as pet food for 25 credits per dose. Or if you want to stick to chef foods, you can get some pretty large stacks of Wastril Bread, but that may need to wait until you get some more experimentation points.

Some marketable foods in the low-tier skills are: Stewed Gwouch (Entrees I, handy for entertainers), Veghash (Entrees II), and Ormachek (Entrees II). The Desserts branch doesn't really get any good sellers until Ryshcate (Desserts III), Correlian Icecream (Desserts IV) and Glazed Glucose Pate (Desserts IV).

For future sales, I'd recommend going up at least a couple Cooking skill boxes before taking Entrees or Desserts. Better quality low-level foods can be competively priced with some higher level ones.

Thanks for the info. I am hoping I can make and sell my way to master. Grinding just isn't any fun. Perhaps I will see if I can hook up with a merchant to supply since I am not planning on taking any merchant (or heck even artisan business) skills.

Also I have a nice trinket for sale that might bring in a little dough.
