Medium additives are in the most demand.
Of course, you're probably wondering what tissues are in the most demand (tissue from BE-> additive from Chef -> food).
Micronutrient supplement, Caloric Conversion supplement, Multisaccharide Tetramate and Pentamate.

Same as I would suspect for every server. This of course being the VB tissue of choice. I buy them by the boat load and many other chefs do as well. I have never even used any of the other tissues to be honest, and don't have a plan to in the near future.

light nutrition additives help blood chowder and synth steak for me
heavy nutrition for Bivoli (going to be a HUGE seller after the patch goes live, docs will LOVE this!)

Lights (Micro Nutrient Tissues) - some demand for those foods that can only take Light Additives. Added bonus: lights can be used in medium and heavy slots.
Mediums (Broad Spectrum) - most popular because the most popular foods use the mediums and mediums can also be used in heavy slots.
Heavies (Broad Spectrum) - some demand...but the amount of meat in the tissue makes them too expensive. And ofcourse, heavies can only be used in heavy slots.
**Note: chefs will almost NEVER buy the tissues to increase quantity because we can up the quantity of an item using containers (well, that's for drinks only I guess). Regardelss, there are only several foods that give you low quantities before experimentation and they are not the high demand foods. Chefs may want to purchase some from time to time but there isreally nomarket for those tissues.
