Does this work at all or is it bugged? From the discription of it should incress my survey range, however I see no help. Anyone know if this is working or not?

doesn't increase your range. Increases your Survey mod. It'll increase yield and results of sampling.
No idea whether it works or not though.

It will only help players that have less than Survey IV. There are no further skills beyond Survey IV to be had - your range cannot increase beyond there.
Oh, it DOES help with sampling by-hand, though. I had a guildie test it for me, and said she saw a marked improvement while hand-sampling for one hour with, and without, Chandad.
