Generally speaking you shouldn't be able to make Broad-Spectrum Nutrients fast enough to keep up with demand.

Personally I prefer dealing with Bio-Engineers via orders though... keeps things neater and it's easier to get large batches running. 8)

Also no "buy,yes" x 40 then retrieving

(Edit because my first post spanned 2 screens horizontally, oopsie)

The medium nutrients sell the best, followed by the heavies and the lights.

After you open a vendor you will get 2 kind of sales: the 'poor' chefs that buy a few crates of your vendor a time and come back after they have sold the brandy they made of it, and the richer chefs that will mail you asking for custom orders for complete runs of nutrients.

Try to organise your resource supply well A steady supply of organic food is very important!

Oh... and don't gouge us....

I created an alt just for BE and a crate of Medium Nutrition runs me 17500 - for the complete creation even through the Chef portion of adding water.

The lowest Broad-Spectrum nutrients I can find on my server is 45000 per crate - and that is before the final creation that chefs do with water.

17500 for a crate of mediums is very nice! May I ask what bonus it gives? And do you also make complete runs of 40 crates?

Cause the meat I use for a crate of 87 bonus BSN's costs me 22.500 credits alone...

One suggestion I've been making to all the crafters I've been ordering components from: give different factory runs different names. When you make the schematic, the name you set there is put onto each manufactured item, and if we can tell at a glance which ones are identical that makes things a lot easier. On the "Create schematic" screen, the item serial number is included in the details, so you could just tack that after the "Broad Spectrum Nutrients" in the name box. Other options are the date or a run counter (BSN - a, BSN - b, etc).

Having the tissue's bonus included in the name is also handy to have.

If I can scan through a vendor and see how many "Broad Spectrum Nutrient - +83 - l34bn95" there are, I don't have to worry about buying 20 crates, and finding out they're from three different factory runs.

Now if SOE would only add a multi-select -> buy option to vendors...

It gives 80% bonus - 81% if I got a amazing or two.

That is based on buying the meat and harvesting the organics.

Also, I only have 7 exp points. So, if I had 10, I suppose I could do better.
