Just get buffed, drunk on brandy and full on canopi and you shouldn't have a problem with the sand people.

Does anyone have a waypoint to the quest for the apron schematic with +4 experimentation. i have heard that there is a quest from an npc that gives a schematic for this great apron. please and thank yous

I don't know about any other ones, but you can get one doing the Jabba's palace theme park on Tatooine. The palace should be included in the POI tab, if not, go to Wayfar and head north a bit, it's hard to miss. You'll need positive Jabba faction to get in, kill of Valarerian thugs if you need to get in the slug's good graces.
The hardest one I found was the second or third one, where you have to killtwo or threeTuskens, if you don't have many combat skills you may want some help with that one. The rest are pretty easy, though, a pretty even split between delivery, escort, and destroy missions.
