I'm ordering 80 crates of these. On your (Sci's) revamp food chart the range is listed at 25-35% filling reduction bonus yet these folks are quoting me 43% filling reduction. So I'm wondering what the cap is actually.

I think we're going to have to get some feedback from the BEs. The numbers on my chart were from a post here shortly after the revamp went live, it's entirely possible a few of them are off, although the nutrient numbers look correct.
I was wondering this myself, since I was talking with a friend in-game (master chef / master BE) who was able to make a 33 filling vercupti with 8m duration and +550 H/A/M. With a 35% filling reduction cap on the additive, that'd mean he experimented the "base" filling to 50 (AFAIK that's vercupti's min filling), which would be impossible with the duration/buff numbers he quoted.
Any BE's here who can do some tests? If you post the initial and final experimental percentages and tissue bonus we could probably make some determination on the ranges.

I got some numbers for the filling and flavor additives:
Carbocaloric Eliminator
19% experimental filling = 33 filling bonus
79% experimental filling = 45 filling bonus
Caloric Conversion Supplement
15% exp filling = 17 filling bonus
63% exp filling = 24 filling bonus
Carboreductive Catalyst
15% exp filling = 6 filling bonus
64% exp filling = 11 filling bonus
Multisaccharide Pentamate
16% exp flavor = 53 flavor bonus
66% exp flavor = 63 flavor bonus
Multisaccharide Tetramate
16% exp flavor = 33 flavor bonus
65% exp flavor = 43 flavor bonus
Multisaccharide Dimate
16% exp flavor = 13 flavor bonus
63% exp flavor = 22 flavor bonus
They all fit the ranges in your food chart, except for the medium and heavy filling additives. If I'm not mistaken, the ranges for those should be 15-30 and 30-50, respectively.
Oh, and btw sciguy, if you are going to be updating your food chart, the Scrimpi recipe is missing soypro.
