Do we have a list of foods that don't work, or ones only work if you make/use them right ?
I've been goofing around with some of the foods and some of them just don't seem to do anything. Others like havla only work if you make them right. We also have things like smugglers delight that only work if you eat it before you take spice.
So I'm wondering do we have a how to with food ? Something that explains all the tricky foods and how to make/use them ? If not maybe we should make one ?

The "heal recovery bonus" buff doesn't work unless you get it up to 100. This means Havla without an additive and Ruby Bliel (even with an additive) don't have an effect.
That's pretty much the only one I've seen that flat out doesn't work. Smuggler's delight works provided you eat it before taking the spice (not just before the downer period hits). The "Defense vs. {state}" foods are hard to test, since you can't really get their bonus above 20 or 25, even with an additive.
You can try scanning through the "Top 20 issues" sticky thread, there are a few bugs in that relating to food effectiveness.
And if any other chefs have noticed issues with other foods, let me know, and I'll add it to the list of bugs I provide to Thunderheart.
