A couple of questions, from a non-Chef, regarding Bespin Port and Pyollian Cake...

  1. Do each of these products currently work?

  2. What exactly does each do?

Thanks for your help.

#1 is up for debate. Its kind of like asking does the rating on a crafting system help?

Bespin should give you more amazings and less crit fails.

Pyrollian should help only on the assembly of the item. This might be the difference betten making it or not. Or this could also help in the kind of assembly as well. Like good success, amazing success, ect..

But like I said they are open for debate. My current belief is that all the ratings and the bespin bonus and the city bonues are all the same number. The higher it is the better the experimentation. Even if this is true, the issue comes in as to how much it really helps. You can get to +60 with a tool and a station. I think the city adds +15 and the food can add +11. Your sittin at +86. It certainly isn't 86% of the time I get an amazing.

IMO these 2 foods are useful when creating things out of loot. I know I can't use it when making food schematics. I'd be at it for hours just waiting for my stomach to empty. Everyone is convinced they don't hurt you, how much they help is a question though.

With respect to the issue as to how much they help:

Although I use Bespian Port when creating my manufacturing schematics, I have not honestly seen any increase in the successes of my experimentations. But I take it anyway out of hope (or is that superstition).

Yea I get requests for it quite a bit too. Both of these are in my top 7 or so foods that I sell. Like someone stated above, I put it more in the superstition class. The bonus you notice is minor at best, but if that one time where it does help, gets to less HAM cost on a gun, or more duration on a food schematic then it was worth it.
