1 character, 10 lots.

As a chef, how do you manage your lots?

House, factory, harvesters (stationary and mobile). What size house/shop? How many factories? How many harvesters and what size?

I'd be interested to see what different chefs do.

Thanks!

I have one small Naboo house, one merchant tent and eight harverters (different sizes and kinds, depending on what I need). I have a friend that has two medium houses, one small and five factories thatI borrow.

There is no way I would be able to continue with chef with only 10 lots. I would just sell out too fast, that I wouldn't even enjoy selling the food.

10 factories borrowed from friends. 2 medium houses they put up. 1 medium house from myself, and 18 harvs on the rest of my 2 accounts lots.

I agree, this is not a 10 lot profession. I have 2 accounts as well as lots borrowed from others who don't need them.

Yeah, 10 lots is very little for a profession like chef, I'm lucky to be in a guild that supports me. We have 6 food factories, which I share with the doctors and anyone who needs them in the guild but I couldn't do without them. I am a master artisan, which helps lots with surveying, I use 13BER harvesters on materials, it takes a while to gather a lot but again, my guild mates help out there with harvesters.

If you are not in a guild, you could think of joining one that has the facilities availiable to help you out, if you are in out you could ask them to help you out. In our guild, the non-crafters use their lots for static building like the factories and houses, which we have to power and pay for together, in return the crafters provide the items such as foods for free.

So there is still that much of an opening for more chefs?

Perhaps my original question should have been scaled ... so, what percentage of your total lots you have access to do you use for harvesters, houses/shops, and factories?

Would it come out to 2 for house, 4 for factories and 4 for harvesters? I will only be using my original ten lots, so I want to see what a good balance will be without having to pay unnecessary maintenance.

Thanks!

How about this one........

Chef owns the PA hall. Dancer owns the cantina. Two factories and three houses, and I've burned 20 lots.

Thank heavens for my kind guild mates, who help me out a lot.

(sig is my main.....my alt is Malina, master chef, same city and info)
