I've known for a while that there was something up with Bespin Port. According to the schematic, its power is determined 50% by DR and 50% by OQ. PE does not factor into any of the three experiment lines. Yet when I got some high DR/OQ resources, expecting an uber result, I couldn't make Port worth crap. I got much better results using high PE resources. I observed the same issue with Smugglers Delight, and if my memory serves me right, with all the other foods I've made that are a one-time buff and have no flavor experimentation line.
This morning, I finally had some time to do some tests. This is on Smugglers Delight.
Recipe:
2 identical bantha butter
1 dough
20 tubers
20 fruits
2 identical bantha butter
1 dough
20 tubers
20 fruits
Listed experimental properties:
Filling - Flavor 66%, OQ 33%
Nutrition - DR 50%, OQ 50%
Quantity - OQ 33%, PE 66%
Filling - Flavor 66%, OQ 33%
Nutrition - DR 50%, OQ 50%
Quantity - OQ 33%, PE 66%
I used two versions of each of the ingredients - one with high DR, one with high PE.
Tubers:
Erid - DR 143, FL 386, PE 997, OQ 859
Oocri - DR 818, FL 917, PE 4, OQ 451
Erid - DR 143, FL 386, PE 997, OQ 859
Oocri - DR 818, FL 917, PE 4, OQ 451
Fruits:
Plaoko - DR 490, FL 813, PE 960, OQ 975
Aicrok - DR 939, FL 838, PE 755, OQ 772
Plaoko - DR 490, FL 813, PE 960, OQ 975
Aicrok - DR 939, FL 838, PE 755, OQ 772
First test: Oocri and Aicrok
Average stats: DR 879, FL 878, PE 380, OQ 612
Filling: Initial 21%, max 81%
Nutrition: Initial 10%, max 45%
Quantity: Initial 12%, max 50%
Average stats: DR 879, FL 878, PE 380, OQ 612
Filling: Initial 21%, max 81%
Nutrition: Initial 10%, max 45%
Quantity: Initial 12%, max 50%
Second test: Oocri and Plaoko
Average stats: DR 654, FL 865, PE 482, OQ 713
Filling: Initial 16%, max 66%
Nutrition: Initial 13%, max 55%
Quantity: Initial 12%, max 52%
Average stats: DR 654, FL 865, PE 482, OQ 713
Filling: Initial 16%, max 66%
Nutrition: Initial 13%, max 55%
Quantity: Initial 12%, max 52%
Third test: Erid and Plaoko
Average stats: DR 317, FL 600, PE 979, OQ 917
Filling: Initial 11%, max 46%
Nutrition: Initial 27%, max 95%
Quantity: Initial 20%, max 81%
Average stats: DR 317, FL 600, PE 979, OQ 917
Filling: Initial 11%, max 46%
Nutrition: Initial 27%, max 95%
Quantity: Initial 20%, max 81%
These results are consistent with the following formula:
Filling = 75% DR, 25% OQ
Nutrition = 66% PE, 33% OQ
Quantity = 75% PE, 25% DR
Nutrition = 66% PE, 33% OQ
Quantity = 75% PE, 25% DR
Comments? (Apologies if this has been covered before, but I'm a faithful reader of the chef forum and don't remember ever seeingthe issuediscussed here.)

I think it's more a matter of foods that display percentages other than the "standard" Nutrition = 66%PE + 33%OQ, etc.
There have been a few identified (in the "Top 20 issues" list, #17), but it looks like Smuggler's delight is a new one.
