My first account is currently master archetect /master chef soon to be master merchant , however my second account is a commando , would it be worth it to make him bio enginner just the sampling bit .

Yes, absolutely - it will save you lots of money and give you a lot more flexibility.

i'm confused about what you mean "just the sampling bit". just the sampling tree does you no good for chef tissues. if you mean get to 4404, without the sampling bit, that's not easy to answer. i have a master BE alt, and i often have spare points left over when making tissues, so you might well be able to make MNSs and BSNs as well as a master. but, without the master BE box, you won't be able to make intelligent nanonutrients, which are used in canapes and bivoli (two of my biggest sellers). i think they're also used in vercupti and thakitillo, i sell quite a bit of those too. so, if you plan to make any of those things in a BE version, you'd need to either master BE on your alt, or find a BE to work with anyway.
