I just made a run of dough (already had a full run of casks in the output hopper) and got a message that the factory had stopped because it couldn't complete another crate. The factory output capcity was only at 64%. I had to move the casks in order to complete the run.
I have seen some posts about this problem earlier but thought that it had been fixed. Is anyone else having this problem?
Thanks

I still have this issue as well. I know 2 40 crate runs will not be able to be run, I always have to remove the first run before starting the next(just to the input hopper works fine for me).

The best solution I have found for this is to keep ALL your factory output hoppers empty. Not just the hopper of the one you're making it in. Easiest way to do this, is when you finish a run, just drop everything into the input hopper. It's just that I've noticed that all the output hoppers seem to have the same "pool" of space to take from.

This bug also occasionally affects my factory. It seems to happen only when the output hopper is somewhat full. A CSR told me that this problem could be solved by completly emptying the factory of all ingredients, crates, and schematics, then redeeding and starting over. I have not been able to try this because I never have enough room to empty it out, but keeping the output empty or almost empty seems to help.
