There's a pretty good layout here for customer reference:

http://www.gamekast.com/swg/foodtables.html

The numbers on that refer to un-enhanced food, with a BE tissue you'd get buff numbers between 1.5x and 2.15x (depending on the size of the additive the particular recipe takes).

If you're talking about the usage stats (strength for health, quickness for action, or focus for mind), your best bets are probably Gruuvan Shaal (+str), Scrimpi (+quick), or Ahrisa (+focus). All those are foods, and give roughly +400 for 45m with 33 filling, depending on the quality of the resources and BE additive. Raising these reduces the amount of HAM deducted from your pools when you execute a special attack or ability (like healing, music/dance flourishes, etc).

Breath of Heaven is a drink that gives you roughly +1100 to all three usage stats, but only lasts for 9-10m, so depending on how you plan to use it may not be the best option.

If you're looking to speed up how fast you regenerate your HAM pool after getting hit or executing a special, you'll want to buff the regen stats: Constitution (speeds up health regen), stamina (action regen), and willpower (mind regen).

There are artisan foods for constitution (Kanali wafers), stamina (teltier noodles) and a drink for willpower (Caf) that give +80 for 45m, but only have 15ish filling so you can stack a lot of them. Or you can get the "substat desserts" (Wan-wan, Kiwik swirl, Vagnerian canape) that buff both the usage and regen stats for about ten minutes.

Finally, there's Mandalorian Wine which buffs all three regen stats for +1100 for 10m, but this is a loot-only schematic, so you may have to dig around to find a chef that can make it. Or try to pick up a schematic in the Death Watch bunker. Give that to a chef and they'll probably offer you a lifetime supply. Or you could auction it off, I tend to see them go for 10-20 million credits.

Myself i rely on Accargm + Garmorl + 2 Ahrissa for my unbuffed fighting. That covers the top 6 stats plus focus. Then you just make sure to wear very lightweight armor or no armor. Im a master fencer/master ranger so im likely to change out the ahrissa for scrimpi or gruvan shal so i can go from a vibroblade to a gaffi stick.

Remember when fighting unbuffed (and offtopic I couldnt be happier to see these topics pop up again and again since it shows people want a challange) you want to think about your target and your own abilities. So if your a swordsman talk to your favorite weaponsmith about a low ham Curved Sword. If your a TKM put away the Vibroknucklers (which are hard on you for specials). If your a Fencer its the vibroblade (my personal one is 8/19/8 for HAM costs). This goes for all professions. Also i wear Mabari armor which is only 14% kinectic but since its AP1 lowers the damage by half with very low ham costs. Your not going to wear comp and use specials unbuffed.

I and a growing group of rangers are fighting unbuffed more often. So feel feel to ask questions. The food is what makes it possible. And Sciguy can answer everything about that side
