Ok so I have done crafting before (AS mainly) so I'm not that in need of general advice, what I need is to learn the tricks of the trade, the chef specific advice (yes I'm gonna get 12 points).
Things like best sellers, things to stay away from and anything else you can think of that would help me when I start out. Still not had a play with the exp on foods yet but I sure as hell cant wait to start doing factory runs.
Oh and is there anything you can make well before master? like in AS you can make good ubese well before master.
Thanx for your time, as always they crafters seem to be the best comunity so HOOAH to us guys and gals

Personally I feel you should wait for master to make anything.
The stickies at the top are great for more hints. As for sellers, bivoli and brandy are very popular.

Other than that be sure to enslave your own MBE and chain him to a crafting station and factory...you are gonna need em.

i think the secrets to chef is having a good BE (or making your own tissues) and having the BEST possible resources... i just had someone about kill me when i told them i made componets with some 800OQ and 800PE fruits, but frankly thats just to low to have the best food. Ahrisa, bivoli, canape, and brandy are the best sellers by far... sythsteak, vercupti are good sellers for pvpers out there. Also don't use micro tissues less than 55, bsn less than 85, and inn less than 115... but you should go with 57,87,117 respectivly. You can't make "respectable" foods before master and if you have the right resources and be tissues you can make food that is better than most chef's (even some 12 point chef's) with only 10 points. Also don't be afraid to experiment 20-25 times PER SCHEM. You will eventually get the hang of what the best possible results are and only have to exp 8-10times per schem. there is a lot more that i though of when i started typing but my mind just went blank as "the last samuri" came on so, i hope this helps a little.

Make friends with a tailor, or get 0010 tailor yourself for making trim.

i would also suggest getting like 10 static harvestors from someone else on the server.... say 3 mineral and 7 flora... you can use these to harvest your cryst gemstone and your resources for componets. I don't know about your server but it can get very expensive buying even grind cryst gemstone on mine. As for trim, it is a good idea to make your own, but at 100k for a full run of trim its almost cheaper to just buy it. These are just HO though. Hope these help out a new chef a little, you prolly knew all of this already though.
