Customer returned some prepatch flameout, do the fact that trying to extract items from the crate generated an email saying item has been removed from the game and should be destroyed.

I haven't had this problem with my other prepatch food anyone else experience this?

Yes, only flameout so far... I pulled all mine from the vendor and gave refund.
