What type of meat (if it is type specific: insect, herbivore, etc.), and what stats are important on it, for the Vaserian Brandy?

Vasarian brandy takes 0 meat, but all of our food schematics take all kinds of meat. Even still,a chef can use that meat to give to a BE for a reduced price on BE products.

Maybe its for one of the other components,the medium bio componentmaybe? Not a chef, so dont know what all goes into it. What I saw onone of the sites was:
2 identical alcohol,
20 fruits,
20 berries,
1 container (150 Crystalline Gemstone, 2 identical Trim)
1 medium bio component (?)

If you go to this site at the bottom all the meat requirements for BE additives are there. I love this site BTW, its my chef bible.
