Ok before it wasnt that big of a deal. You could get away with 10 heavy flora's running to keep up with a midsized business. But now that we need huge amounts of gemstone among other things... what is your harvester set up now? Do you use meduim harvesters over heavies for the cost/power being cheaper overall or do you prefer maximum harvesting with higher maintenance/power cost? Me, im thinking of downgradeing to meduims to save a few credets and possibly lot swopping to bring in maybe 5 static flora's and 5 static minerals (gemstones if the the % is high enough). Im also thinking of lot swopping to move my 10 factories so im able to do abit more harvesting. So much to mine.. yet not enough lots! Btw, this patch has been wonderful. Just trying to figure out my new harvesting set up.

I got 2 Medium harvesters on gemstone.

1 heavy flora on wheat and one medium next tothe heavy.

3 small Wind harvesters.

Putting out 1 heavy or medium on water to i think.

The other Lots goes to the house

Ive also decided to try a lot swap to dump my 10 factories else where and free up lots for more harvesting.

For now, ive given up on trying to harvest everything. Im running 10 factories, 10 large flora, 1 cantina and 6 medium houses. I outsource the fiberplast and petrochems needed for the trim, outsource gems, water and power as well...

10 more lots from a cross server trade sounds sooo tempting.

I also play a rotating game on harvesters -- only 6 lots to play with (1 small house, 1 tent, and 2 facotries take up the other 4), so heavies are a must for me.

Currently I've got:

2 Heavy Flora on Beans

1 Heavy Flora on Fruits

1 Heavy Flora on Berrys

1 Heavy Flora on Fungus

1 Fusion Gen (this one is almost constantly up)

This is the first time I've had all heavy floras up. Once the bean resource dries up, I'll probably switch one heavy flora to Wheat and then put up a Heavy Mineral for Gemstone. I'm only dealing with small glasses right now, so I think I can get away with having just one heavy on Gemstone (I do have another heavy mineral that will can be rotated in). I've also got a heavy gas collector, which gets rotated in as needed, and a medium water collector, which I haven't used since I stopped grinding. Some of the good recipes use water, so I may have to start rotating that in as well.
