just giving a warning to what some people are resorting to now in game
-BOBO- just entered my guild and wanted to place a vendor in our guild mall where we have lots of nice decorations.
Since I did not know him I was going to let him place a vendor while watching and then remove him from admin.
Well he was being a total noob running around the mall not knowing what to do, then he grabbed some paintings off the wall before we could remove his admin and said "hah hah imps suck"
these paintings had a value of over 3 million credits on our server.
Someone like this cannot be trusted by anyone though and should be shuned by all players that come accross him, especially merchants.
We were trying to help him and he totally ripped us off even though we took all precautions.
I understand faction griefing and spying and whatnot but this was theft through deception, plain and simple. We are not even a totally imperial guild and have not done any pvp for several months. So his argument that this was to steal back something from imperials to right the wrongs against the rebels is just not valid.
so ban -bobo- and do not ever give him acces to your mall. If the CSRs do not act we must in order to maintain a good environment to play in.

We posted there too but it does concern all crafters on Bria and many of them come here.
I think the broader reason that goo posted here though is that the CSRs should punish people would go out of their way to steal from guilds and malls and that concerns all crafters on all servers.
This guy was a definate repeat offender and had done this to many other people. We of course found that out after the fact. He used our willingness to help him and the game mechanics to steal from us and there is nothing we could do but watch.
We took extra precautions as listed above, or he would have cleaned us out totally. as it was he had about a minute to grab as much as he could before we removed him from admin.
This proves that there should be a special admin for vendors that are separate from the rest of the mall, because even if you remove admin right afterwards they can still grab a bunch of stuff and run.
So if you want a chef/merchant topic, discuss that
For all brians out there, beware of -bobo-

This really isn't something for the chef forums. There are what 15-20 servers. If everyone posted stuff like this from each server every time it happened the profession forums would be 15-20x worse then the server forums.
It sucks that someone stole from you but the bria server is the place to put this.

I feel your pain, real swindlers out there, but that's a real risk you take when allowing anyone aside from people you absolutely trust admin to your structure.
