It is unlimited, once you learn it, you can make as many or as few as you want.

It's pretty much the same as a Breath of Heaven, except it buffs constitution, stamina and willpower instead of strength, quickness and focus.

Mandalorian wine wont be a smash hit seller but its excellant to have. In certain high end pve and pvp situations it could save your keister. With the Combat revamp coming some day I would venture to guess Mando will get a rise in popularity eventually. For now it is an elite drink used by only a certain segment of theSWG gaming population.
