How important are these in making Bivoli?
Can I just use average resources to make them and use my better resources for the BE component and final product?

Since they do not have any experimentation values, they do not affect the final bivoli product. Therefore you can use whatever quality resources you like, it just wont matter when crafting the bivoli

They're there to make a factory time and resource sink, basically to slow you down.

Use the cheapest, crumbiest resources you have/can find as they maka' no diff'rence.

hehe dont slow me down anymore
i ran 2 days worth off at the start of the month.
so i have a few bags ful of crates of all the additional ingrediants.
ive dumped a load on my vendortoo at the cost it took just to run the session on the factory. to help out the chefs without factories.
i have a bunch of cratesof stuff like,
dough
cyrosyrups
glasses
protato's
alcohol
