A friend left and let me take his chef account, Ive been armorsmith before, but Im having trouble with this whole Bio-eng additive thing, basicly I need to know what the following are, they are schematics left in my data pad, and I need to know what htey affect and such so I can get on with making some brandy and synthsteak.
Broad spectrum nutriens
Micro nutrient suppliments
Intelligent nano nutrients
I have several of each shematics, so if it doesnt take much of these per food item I guess Im good for a while.

They all effect the nutrition stat, which is the main one that needs to be enhanced. You need to turn each one of them into a additive tho, just bring up the crafting tool and you'll see light, medium and heavy additive. The light nutrution adds are the Micro nutrient suppliments, the mediums are the Broad spectrum nutriens and the heavies are Intelligent nano nutrients.
Each different food says what is the highest additive it can take.

By the way, the quality of the water does not matter. An 88 nutrition tissue will make an 88 nutrition additive, even if the water is DR 1 and OQ 1. The only time resources are important is when a BE is actually making the tissue. So just pull up some crap water and it will be good enough.
