can someone make a list of all the foods and the average stat for good-high quality additived food, like
Brandy: +400 42min 50fil
etc.

Average?
Hm, depends really, you mean what would be the ideal average or what people make average?
As ideally the average for brandy would be +400 for 45m.
Tho the average that people make will be alot lower, more like +380ish for +40m.
But i'll give you a list of what i think is the average stats for some foods with high adds.
Brandy +400 for 45m/50 fill/18 use
Ahrisa +400 for 40m/33 fill/ 3 use
Bivoli +25 for 15m/ 28 fill/ 3 use
Canape +700 for 9m/ 33 fill/ 6 use
Vercupti +1200 for 8m/ 65 fill/ 2 use
50 fill vercupti +1000 for 6m-7m/ 50 fill/ 1 use
Citros snow cake +40 for 20m/ 28 fill/ 4 use
Synthsteak 40% for 30 hit/28 fill/ 4 use
Havla +100 for 28 heals/33 fill/ 4 use
Bespin port +11/ 15 use/ 20 fill
Those are the main foods i can think of atm.
