Is there a way to know the stats on my food with additives if i don't use additves ?

Yep.

The additive bonus is a percentage increase over the un-enhanced stats. So if you made Ahrisa without an additive and got a buff size of +220, using a 85 Nutrient would make the final buff 220 * (1.85) = 407. Using an 87 bonus BSN would get you 220 * (1.87) = 411.4(rounded to +411). That's assuming you use the same resources and experiment the same.
