Made my first ever Brandy today. +414 / 40m 30s / 49 21 uses. Not to bad I think. Somewhat respectable for a 10 pointer. Used a 85 BSN. Didn't really experiment that many times, so this might get better. Ok just wanted to share with the rest of the Chef prof. After all you guys helped me alot on here. Thanks

That very nice, especially the power. Though i'd really try to get the 45m first. Thats the most important thing. Even tho you only need about 43m duration with 49 fill people like to see 45m. SO next i'd just try and hit 45m, then get as much as you can into power.
