Thread: User XP when folks eat our foods?

I know at one point if you hand crafted food (not factory runs) and then folks ate it you got User XP towards chef. Is this still the case or did it get changed at some point??
Just curious and also if anyone knows of a listing where the user XP might be shown? Not sure I have ever seen it listed.

Yes, you do get usage xp for food. You get 1/2 the xp earned crafting the item when the stack gets used up. So if you make a stack of 18 use brandy, when the 18th dose is drunk you get 80 xp (Brandy gives 160 xp when hand-crafted).
You also have to logged in, and in the same general area as the player, so it's really not that dependable of an xp source.
