Ok Ahazi has like no chefs left and i have around 40 mil to put into becoming one and hopefully making some good money. I am looking for advice on whats best to grind and what resources and amounts i need 
Any help or advice appreciated

to grind follow this:
819200 Food Crafting XP
Soypro - 84xp each *practice mode*
381 crafts (32000/84)
Pastebread - 168xp each *practice mode*
610 crafts (102400/168)
Kiwik Clusjo Swirl - 278xp each *practice mode*
2464 crafts (684800/278)
Novice Chef: Soypro, 10 cereal, 10 vegetable, 80 xp (84 in practice mode).
Desserts I: Pastebread, 20 wheat, 10 oats, 10 water, 160 xp (168 in practice mode).
Desserts III: Kiwik Clusjo Swirl: 40 berries, 20 fruits, 20 water, 260 xp (278 in practice mode).
So, the total grind resources are:
3.9k vegetables
3.9k cereal (any type)
12k wheat
6k oats
98.5k berries
49.3k fruits
55.4k water

if i remeber right when you grind soypro use the craft and then eat method, and it will give you more exp

that is correct, that is what i did till Deserts 1
