There is:

Nutrient (Potency)

Flavor (Duration)

Batch (Quantity)

Mass (Filling)

I can't think if those are the actual names but I'm pretty sure it goes in that order anyway.(Going from BE tissue data I have written down since server is down and I can't check.)

What to enhance depends on what you're making. For example, Ruby Bliel will always have a stimpack roundtime of 30, so you should try to lower the filling and boost the duration. For Breath of Heaven you'll have to use a Nutrient (Potency) tissue to boost the +xxx to health and then experiment with filling/duration. Hope that helps and I didn't forget anything. (Just woke up.)

just mastered chef myself kracken mate, i'll go over it in game with you if ya like

ya taken up chef on one of ya chars?

4 stats each obviously effects a diff stat.. filling, quality(ie. strength of food if you like), duration, and finally amount of uses..

without being able to login going from memory of experimenting quickly before server went down

Quality = Strength
Filling = Filling
Flavor = Uses
Duration = Duration

Think those are right but sure someone will correct me if am wrong..

The experimental categories are actually:

  • Filling: affects food filling (obviously)

  • Flavor: For most foods, affects duration, although for Parwarn Nutricake this is the stat that determines the "burst recovery" bonus.

  • Nutrition: Affects buff size

  • Quantity: Affects food stack size.

Its been my experience that you'll go through nutrition supplements at a rate of nearly4 to 1 versus other additives. People buy the bigger bonus stuff alot faster than the low fill or the long duration. And to be honest I don't think I have ever really used the quantity additive.

Just my experience though, It may be different on your server.

For 98% of the food you'll use Nutrient Additives.
I only used other additives for special orders, like when someone wants a longer duration or a lower filling.

Never used Quantity Additives in my 1.5 years of being Chef...
