ok i like to solo stuff like karyts wat is the top foods/drinks for tanking?

id use. crispic (melee acc with +40 ranged acc)
vegesprine (melee def)
blob candy (action regen)
spiced tea (mind regen)
and a booster blue

crispic and vegesprine last about 15 minutes and candy and tea last 50-1hour

If you want a big HAM buff I'd go for a Breath of Heaven combined with Vagnerian Canape or Mando Wine combined with Won-Won

my synthsteak is 45 mitigation 35 seconds 27 fill. my exo-protein wafers are 26 mitigation 20 seconds 5 fill. unless i'm going all out for a *very* short fight, i use the exo. i can get more than half the mitigation for three times as long for the same filling, with the exo. it's one of my top five fastest sellers.
