I'm actually going to unite with you on this post since I was going to place the same post...although with diff specs for me since I'm not a Jedi as of yet, but will be soon I hope. I actually got the visit from the old man just this afternoon and waiting for the siths to place their attack so I can hopefully start working with the quests that will prepare me to become a Jedi. Anyways, as of right now I'm a Master Combat Medic, Master Pistoleer and BH 0400. I will like to have some advice from an actual expert (chef) about what foods I should have with me for either pvp or just working or hard quests etc.

Also, I've seen some ppl used things like Poison Innoculation, Disease Innoculation, Serotonin Injection, Endorphine Injection, Nutrient injection, etc. Where can ppl buy them, Can ppl use them in addition to their foods/drinks and spices, what do they do and which ones are the best??? Any advice with this will be greatly appreciated.

I agree with my pal here, that when going to a vendor of foods and stuff you see this huge list and it can be very confusing, at least for me, since I know there are diff types of food that helps with diff things. I just wanna know what the best menu for my character is

Have a great day guys and May the Force be with all of us!!!

There are basically 3 types of food, HAM buffs, defence foods and Skill mod foods.

For your HAM buffs you have 2 options -

Big Buff, high fill, short duration e.g. stack a Breath of Heaven with a Vagnerian Canape for about 8 minutes of +750 Health + 250 HR + 200 AR + 250 MR - about 55 Drink Filling and 35 Food Filling

or

Small buff, long duration, low filling e.g. stack a Blob Candy, Bofa Treat and Spiced Tea for about 1hour of +180 AR + 180 HR + 180 MR - about 25 food fill and about 8 drink filling.

You can find slightly better stats than those but they are for example only

Depending on how much stomach space you have left you then want to start adding some defence foods

For Melee - use Vegeparsine, for Ranged use Elshandru Pica Thundercloud.

A dodge food e.g. Aircake or Piketta Pie depending on how much stomach space again (aircake is the lower buff, lower fill option)

Exo-protein wafers for damage mitigation when you are under extreme duress (Synthsteak is the stronger option but I dont think you will have enough space in stomach by now)

Finally, from the skill mod group you will want accuracy food. I would recommend Crispic for both melee and ranged because of the duration and low fill. Deutronium Pyro will give a much higher accuracy boost to ranged professions but it only lasts about a minute.

You need to try and save a bit of stomach space to accomodate the Ex0-protein wafers and for Ruby Bliels (stim pack cooldown timer reduction). If you are going for the Lower buff/longer duration HAM buffs then you may still have room for some Fire or Poison Resistance foods but IMHO they are not really worth the stomach space. Maybe if you are Jedi being attacked by a MCM, but in group PvP forget about them.

Hope this very brief guide helps. As you know, there are dozens of different foods and I cant be assed to compare them all but I hope I have pointed you in the right direction, now I say go and experiment for yourself to see what best suits your style of play.

And to all the chefs that are thinking "My Bofa Treat is better than that" , I have just used numbers in the region to give an idea of what to expect from each food type, not every food type in every vendor on every server is stat capped.

These are great points! I just want to throw in my 2¢.

The high buff, low duration stuff I never both with. The fillings are too high and the durations too low. I'd rather have the smaller bonus, higher duration food because then I don't have to worry about popping food non-stop (thus I spend less money on food) and also the fillings are low enough to use even more food (or get to an empty stomach faster).

Here's what I use and recommend (quite a bit shown above):

  • Kenali Wafers. They're better than Bofa Treats as they give health max and regen bonuses. Our guild chef makes +180 / +100 for over 56 minutes.

  • Blob Candy. Action regeneration for over 55 minutes again. The stuff I take is about +180 or better bonus.

  • Spiced Tea. Mind regeneration for over 55 minutes as well. Bonus is +185 on what I use.

  • Pikatta Pie. Screw Air Cake! Pikatta Pie is better and you'll have the stomach fill for it. Usually lasts about 20 minutes.

  • Booster Blue. Yes, not a food exactly, but it needs to be listed. It gives +20% health max, -20% health regen, +20% action regen, +20% mind regen. Lasts about 15 minutes.

  • Crispic. Boosts your melee/ranged accuracy (at least +60/+40, respectively) for about 15 minutes or so.

  • Vegeparsine (if melee). Gives you melee/ranged defense if you're a melee person. Mine lasts about 15 minutes.

  • Elshandru Pica Thundercloud (if ranged). Gives you melee/ranged defense if you're a ranged person. Mine lasts about 15 minutes.

At this point I stop taking food. During a battle, if I need to I'll also throw in Exo Protein Wafers for damage mitigation bonus. Anyway, with the foods mentioned above, I can play all night long with these bonuses turned on, continually taking the food non-stop. When you add in Doctor buffs, it is basically icing on the cake!

Well one thing is for sure they used a heavy additive to craft those

LOL, I hate to say this but, given your menu above, I would suggest posting this on the Artisan forums. Only two chef items out of seven total.
