Statement:

If I do not take a ruby bliel I can use a stimpack every 60 seconds.

If I take a ruby bliel I can use a stimpack every 30 seconds for the entire duration.

Is this correct?

Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

technically (to me) thats how it works via its discription and all. however as many people have found it can also be used for instant stims. you take a stim drink a ruby take another stim drink a ruby. thats y people make low fill over long duraiton.

As for which is it really suppossed to do? who knows

It has been fixed to work as its described in its blurb.
You drink a Ruby Bliel and for its duration you can use a Stim D every 30 seconds if need be.
The effect does not drop off upon use of a Stim.

I have not found this to be true yet. As of last night, I was still using it for the instant stim method and it drops off at that point. Someone pointed out a while ago that you could wait at least thirty seconds and then consume a stim and it doesn't drop off. If you don't wait the thirty seconds, though, it is one-use on the next stim and drops off.

Im just saying thanks to the feedback.

Now I know both it's intended and it's unintended use.
