Hi everyone on TC ... thanks for all your hard work there! I wish I could join you but I barely have time to play my main character at the moment
I think I have sifted through all the threads with the new information and so I greatly apologize in advance if this question has been asked and answered already.Regarding subcomponents now: I see that there is no experimentation but I haven't quite understood if this means that any resources will do in the combination or if the quality of your resources sets a certain "value" in the subcomponent that we don't quite see but is there nonetheless, albeit unable to be increased?
If you make an alcohol with terrible resources and one with the best resources and then use both in different final products with all the same other ingredients, do you get exactly the same result?
Since I am terribly obsessed with using all the best ingredients in my food, I need to know what to be watching for
Thanks in advance!

This is my next experiment after trying out my new Entrees I foods (and hoping there's something easier to grind, I had only Mixology skills when the patch hit, and needing to make glasses really slowed me down).
The other thing is that some components are experimentable (protato and pastebread are two that I've seen), but they have effects of their own (pet food seems to be the theme). Whether this means experimenting on those has an effect on the final food....future is fuzzy, check back later.
