Apparently a whiz with Excel. In the "Read This" sticky is a link to the swgcraft thread for (I believe) the latest version. It's been picked up by other players over time, so there may actually be a later one out there.

I haven't used it recently (I've taken a break from chef for a bit), but since none of our resource requirements changed since the CU, Fooman's tool should still work. The only possible glitch is that the chef schematics in Fooman's tool had the pre-CU resource stat percentages. For a few schematics, the numbers displayed on the draft schematic weren't correct (compared with how the resource stats actually worked within the game), and the display bug was fixed in the CU. However, since those are just listed in a data sheet (which you may have to un-hide), you can compare the numbers in his tool with the experimental percentages on my food chart (which has been updated to the post-CU displayed values).

Also, I don't know if Fooman's tool takes resource stat caps into account. There was a change a few publishes back where if you used (for example) a 600 PE resource of a category that capped at 750 PE, it'd give you results as if you were using an 800 PE resource ( 600 / 750 * 1000 = 800).
