If I were you I would sell the resource deeds and hire hunters for your meat and milk. I don't know how the economy is on your server, but on Wanderhome the resource deeds go for 3 to 3.5 million per deed. I have several hunters who supply me with meat for 10 cpu (meat is much easier to harvest post CU) and milk for 35 to 40 cpu.I imagine that the prices are probably similar on your server. Since one run of broad spectrum nutrients or intelligent nanonutrients requires 20k of meat, you would only get 3 runs from two deeds.

Honestly I would keep them. Every once in awhile a weird food/drink request comes along. If its a good idea and worth making why not do a full run ? The worst thing you can ever do is say to a customer, "nope sorry I cannot make that". The resource kits are insurance so that never happens.

Sell them there is no way you can make some money if you paying 100cpu. As a chef I think 50-75cpu would be max that I would pay for something .
I like to keep my products fair price.

Being a new chef you are probably a little low on funds. The credits could be used to stock up on several resources instead of just 2. If youalready have the resources and credits to further your business growth then hang on to them. I would hang on to one anyways so that you can monitor the new shifts of resources without having to run planet to planet.
