i haven't played much since CU but i have crafted a few low fill long time refresh foods that would help

try for regeneration low fill

Blob Candy 5 fruit ,1 carbosyrup , light additive-(Action regen) *food

Bofa Treat 3 organic ,8 cereal ,light additive - (Health regen) *food

Spiced tea 5 water ,2 organic ,1 container ,light additive - (Mind regen) *drink

i got all 3 from 8-11 fill totaled 27 filling ,all were from 168 - 175 regen for 44min+

then you can add from that depending on needs

Hi i've been a master chef for a little while and not fully enjoying it. The main reason I went chef is because i'm in a small guild that has everything covered, when we needed a chef i was the only one who had not covered a prof so i took chef. When i say covered, i mean we have an AS, he only makes the best armor and it's only for our guild, no shop. We have a WS, same thing, tailor, artisan, BE, Doc, you name it. Well my question is what can i do to make the best stuff for my guild. I'd like to know what is the best combo of foods for someone who does PVE type fighting. We hardly do pvp so we need longer lasting food that helps in big fights. If anyone could tell me what additives they use in what foods and what foods they stack together i'd greatly appreciate. Remember I'm not opening a shop i'm merely wanting to assist my friends more, so i wouldn't be taking any business from you just making the foodi alreadymake better. If anyone is willing thanks
