will artisians food be better with BE additives caus ei have not really seen a difference?

Yes. If you're not seeing a difference then you need to:
1. Look at the type of additive you're using. You want to use nutrition additives.
2. Look at the bonus of the additive you're using. It's it's extremely low, you'll get less of a benefit to using it. Artisan foods only take light adds, so look for something with a nutritional bonus of 55 and above and there's no way you'll not notice a marked increase in stats.

and 1 more question, what about ruby biel, since only thing that matters is filling, should i use additive son it?

Well there is no nutrition stat, so you should NEVER use a Micronutrient Supplement on it. Some chefs like to make specialty varieties with light flavor additives to make the filling a few points lower...or using a light quantity additive to give ruby bliel 30-40 uses. The most practical one would be the light flavor additive, but it only lowers the filling of bliel by a few points, so it is debatable whether it is worth it or not.

It's actually not a lt. flavor additve that some people prefer (I am not one of these people - the resource usage doesn't justify the ingredient usage and cost increase that's passed on to customers, imo), it's a filling additive to reduce the filling.

Bah! /whapself I meant light quantity and light filling...I need to get more sleep.
