I am trying to find out what tissues I need from a BE to boost the nutrition value on some foods. Can someone provide a link that can help me out with this? I am new to the profession, so I appoligize in advance for my n00bness.

Hmm, I usually check Lantyssa's Chef Tissue Calculator for all the info I need, maybe that will help you.
