G'day Chefs of all galaxies and races. I just have a couple of quick questions for you and ay help here would be greatly appreciated. I was wondering, the two things I would like to know about for are...


1) Is there a food that speeds up Combat Speed? If so what are they and what would be recommended as the best (filling/time/etc.)


2) What foods are the best for Health/Action/Mind regeneration?


Any thoughts here would be awesome.
