BE 0404 can make everything except for the heavy category of additives and will have more than enough experimentation points. However, the heavy additives are very useful and popular in several items (elsa pica, breath of heaven, mand wine, and more.)

But taking chef and BE on the same character is very skill point intensive due to the requirements for BE. If trying to run a chef business, then these points are needed in merchant. Also artisan should be 4440 in order to make all the artisan foods with max experimentation points (skill tapes can push further).

I'm master chef, 0-4-0-4 BE, master artisan, merchant 0-0-3 and it takes all my skill points.

if I want master BE I'd need to surrender master artisan and become 4-4-0-0 (all the EXP points there)

but that also means I wouldnt have any vendors nor surveying skills, wich is unthinkable for a chef.

The food works, but of what i'm not sure is the bio-clothes...so you'll have to just buy 1 like for 10-30k and test it.
