Hi. I was wondering as I was gathering resources and what not. I noticed on tatooine, there is a really good shift of water (932 oq and 824 dr) so I figured I'd place a couple heavies and extract some. After scouring almost all of Tatooine. from city to city, I couldn't find a spot above 55 percent concentration. So my question is, how important is water in your day to day cooking? I've looked over all of my schematics, some foods take water, but a vast majority do not (read: the ones that matter the most in the market like Vasarian) and is it worth it placing harvesters on such a low yield spot? (even though the resource is relatively new. only a day old according to swgcraft.)

I've never come accross a high concentrartion of water (~80%) on any planet. You should only harvest those resources if a) nothing better is spawning (like berries, fruit) , b) You don't have any wayer, or c) your current stock of water has lowr stats.
If c) is the scenario, save your old water till no good water is on the server and go sell it to a doc or something to make up the money you may have "lost" harvesting a 55% spot.

thanks for the input. I was wondering though more or less if I'll need a "lot" of water in my cooking. By this I mean water where the quality actually matters as opposed to sub components where I can buy any old 1 cpu lot of the stuff.
It's tough deciding cause my 10 lots are already full, and a friend of mine used 8 of hers, they're all pumping up the current shift of endorian fruit. Not sure why Craft master aren't given an extra 10 lots, it'd only make sense since we need more than the average player.

The biggest user of water is BE additives which the stats don't matter.
Other than that I would guess I have gone through 100k water in the last month. Compared to probably 4-5 times as much berries. Very rought guesses though. The biggest user will be Thaktillo. A food which I sell a lot of.
Water looks to have very similar constaints for spawning that low grade ore does.Anything above 55% I think is decent and 60%+ you probably won't find better.
One last note. The stats on that water are pretty decent, but unless you really care about the filling of a food better water will spawn in the next few weeks I would guess. 950+ qual water doesn't seem to be hard to find. 950+ OQ 950+ DR is, but right now on Tempest there are 4 water spawns with 900+ OQ. Maybe it is just an odd time, but I never have a problem finding high quality water when I needed more.
Docs have it a little harder because they need Talus water, Chefs can use any water, so 10 times better chance at getting a good one to spawn.
