Casks are all I use anymore. They take 150 Gemstone but you can get them pretty cheap. I usually buy out a vendor if they have a couple million or more. I put my harvestors on specific resources where quality matters. I buy anything where the quality is not important like ingrediants for casks, alcohol, water, etc...

And yes, use all heavies with the highest BER you can find

Casks are useful for BE drinks. I don't use them in regular drinks although some people do. I just don't see the extra 200 resources per food being useful.

Also I rarely do anything other than full runs of foods. The only limit is components. If something takes 2 dough obviously the run will only be 20, but I tend to do 2 of those runs at the same time then. 40 crates actually lasts long enough on my vendor. If I have to do more than 2 runs of something a week I try and figure out a better way of doing it.

I've been starting my production line but i noticed that my factories are eating tons of crystal gems (for Cask )

Are Casks the best choice to stay competitive ?

My first production went this way,i startedexperiment and to mass produce in this order:

Step 1-100 Cask

Step 2- 200 Dough

Step 3 -100 Protato

Step 4 -100 Carbosyrop

Step 5 - 100 Soypro

Step 6 - 100 Alcool

Step 7-100 Light nutrients

Step 8-100 Med nutrients

Step 9- 100 Heavy nutrients

Step 10 - Converted 100 Light nutrient into 100 Light additive

Step 11 - Converted100 med nutrient into100 med additive

Step 12 - Converted100 heavy nutrient into100 heavy additive

And finaly

Step 13 - Made about 25 Bivoli

Setp 14 - Made about 25 Canape.

I'm not sure how much resources i just used to make these but it was aHUGE quantity of Flora, Crystal, Meat just to make 2crates of 25.

And i see chef with over 200 crates of 25 on their vendor.

Do we need 20 Heavy flora and 10 Heavy mineral or something ?

I didn't know Chefhad to burnso much resources.

My advise to you, Roll, is to get lots of heavy floras. I myself have 16 BER 13 heavies (I have 2 accounts with 8 lots open each). When you see some great flora spawn, POUNCE on it. Use that flora for the final combine of things. I'd stock up on high qual fruit and berries, as they are used in a lot of nice food/drink and also stock up on anything if it's high qual (rice for example is used in BoH, but a lot of rice will go a long way). Also, wait for a wheat shift, and stockpile that for components, because the stats don't matter on the flora used then.

Get some water harvestors for the additives and you're set. Water stats aren't necessarily important, unless you make the few food/drink that require water.

I usually buy fiberplast and inert petro (for trim) as lots of people harvest that for resale.

Good luck!

anyone ever try to make a 10002 schematic to see if it actually works? just as you could make 1000 when the default was 100, i am wondering if that will work now as well. i know you can put more numbers at the end of 1000 cuz i did it.. i just didn't make the schem.
