www.swgcreatures.com is a great site for finding what creatures drop what hide/meat

For Yavinian Insect meat, it looks like anglers and mites (plus a couple Geo lab creatures).

I believe Mites and Anglers. Anglers give more then the mites but the mites are very easy to kill.

If you can run out of the Geno labs with a bunch of cavern spiders then you can harvests them for the normal amount. But you usually end up with a bunch of Kwi's following you also. You only get 1 unit if you harvest them inside the cave.

Not to mention angry cave visitors who'll accuse you of training heh. yeah anglers are your best bet and all for yavinian insect meats. I always thought klikniks would count as giant bugs, but oh well...same way the Lantern Bird harvests for herbivore <shrugs> nutty devs.

i looked on that site, but didnt see where it says what animal dropped that meat in particular...

Go to the advanced seach page (see link in my previous post), find the 'Meat Type' drop down list box and select 'Insect', find the 'Planets' check boxes and check 'Yavin lV' then push the 'Advanced Search' button.
