Once you craft the original item and get uber statson it. Do you have to use the same ubermaterials fot the factory products? or can you use anylow qualityresources?

When you make a schematic, you have to use the exact same resources in the factory run as what you used to make the schematic. And if the food requires subcomponents (like soypro or alcohol) you also have to use components with identical serial numbers. This means that you need to doa factory run of components first if want to do a run offood/drink that require components.

Yeah buddy, this would've been great to know a few days ago.

I can recall re-starting my factories every few hours, thinking, "**edit** is wrong with this *(&#@$ game?!?!?"

My rule of thumb is, when I look at the schematic I made, if I see a serial number after a required ingredient, I have to ensure each crate of those are the same S/N. Else you'll end up short.
