You start Burst running when you eat it if you get the recovery time reduction over 90 you can burstrun immediatly after you stopped either by eating a new one or using your own. The food is called Parwan Nutricate it also reduces the cost of burstrunning.

You can have up to 5 burst runs w/ the Parwan Nutricake that I make. Only thing is it'll take upall ur food filling and 1 of your regular burst runs. The parwan nutricake that I make is 25 filling 90 recovery which means that when u eat the cake you automatically burst run (if you're not tired already). While you're burst running from the cake, you'll get the message saying "you're no longer tired". This way you can eat another cake and so forth for 4 times total (25 filling x 4 times = 100 filling = too full). Then the 5th time you can just do your regular burst run and then can't do it no more

Eating the food automatically triggers a burst run, unless you're still tired from a previous burst (still using up a dose). The HAM reduction in the food details is a percentage decrease of your normal HAM cost. The recovery time bonus is a percentage decrease of the time being "tired", which is normally 10m from starting the burst (9m from the end of the burst run). So a Recovery bonus: 50 would give the "no longer tired" message 5m after starting the burst run.

There are multiple types, Parwan is the better choice, though.

K18 Rations: 20-30% reduction in HAM cost, 15-30% reduction in recovery time, 15ish filling
Parwan Nutricake: 50-90% reduction in HAM cost, 40-75% reduction in recovery time, 25ish filling.

With a flavor additive, Parwan can get above 90% recovery time reduction, which means you get the "you are no longer tired" message while still burst running.

First off, thank you for shopping at Mesk's fine foods

To use this food you eat it (make sure you have your burst run avail) and it triggers your burst run, with the current crate you have its experimented to 90 recovery so as soon as you stop running you can eat another, or /burst normally for back to back burst runs.

You can continue to eat them until you are full, and then you will still have your "normal" burst run. Its important to understand that this food actually uses your burst run, and thus will not work if it is not availible.

Well because milk is difficult to come by I charge 250k a crate, and it sells ok, I don't sell too much as it has become the favorite food of myself and many of the other melee in my PA.
