Thread: About BoH/MW/VC/WW (Max Buff Combo's) filling/effect/duration
The use of theese buffs, at least in my opinion, is when you require a short duration but heavy buff. Even with 66 filling and 6 min you can still drink 2 Breath of Heaven right after eachother for 12-14min of fun. This heavy buff is what you use in demanding pvp or strong pve, often over before this short-buff runs out.
If you wait until the action starts before you take the buff and avoid taking them during downtime, you never run out of stomach.
So, my personal taste on BoH/MW is:
* Max out on Effect
* For Filling / Duration, make sure the filling*18 is less than the duration in seconds.
For VC/WW:
* Max out on Effect
* Put the rest on filling
Breath of Heaven + Vagnarian canape + Booster Blue
Buff for healers, such as doctors, combat medics and Jedi (more mind than action regen)
+~700 Health (+600)
+250 Health Regen (-600)
+200 Action Regen (+600)
+250 Mind Regen (+600)
Mandalorian Wine + Won Won + Neutron Pixie
Buff for non-healers (more action regen than mind).
+~700 Health (+600)
+250 Health Regen (+600)
+250 Action Regen (+600)
+200 Mind Regen (-600)
Final Note: If you want a long buff, Kanali Wafers+ Blob Candy + Spiced Tea is a better choice. Around 45min with maxed out effect. (Bofa Treat +Blob Candy + Caf for non-healers)

To be able to take two BoH / MW / Vercupti in a row, the filling and duration has to meet this criteria:
Filling - (Duration * 100 / 30 ) <= 100 - Filling
The initial filling minus the filling digested during the buff duration has to leave enough stomache room for an additional dose. Rearranging things gets us this:
2 * Filling - (Duration * 3.33 ) <= 100
You can obviously meet this criteria in one of two ways: increasing the duration, or reducing the filling. But points spent in filling or flavor adjust the stats by different relative amounts. I played around with my food calculator spreadsheet (adding the left side of the above equation as a new cell to watch how experimentation affected the "one after the other" criteria), and it looks like you get the best "bang for your points" by reducing the filling. Starting with 800 stat resources, it took only two points in filling (and none in flavor) to meet the criteria, vs. 6 points in duration and none in filling.
Some "chug-worthy" BoH numbers I came up with (all theoretical and using a 115 INN to boost the health buff):
- 62 FIll / 7m18s / +472 (two points in fill, none in flavor, 8 in nutrition)
- 64 Fill / 8m30s / +445 (1 point in fill, 3 in flavor, 6 in nutrition)
- 64 Fill / 8m30s / +472 (1 point in fill, 3 in flavor, 8 in nutrition)
- 66 Fill / 9m48s / +418 (0 points in fill, 6 in flavor, 4 in nutrition)
- 66 Fill / 9m48s / +445 (0 points in fill, 6 in flavor, 6 in nutrition)
Personally, if I were a customer looking for this type of usage, I like the look of the 64 / 8m30s stuff as a good balance of duration / buff after the one-after-the-other criteria is met.

yes right but having filling that high does not give you much room left for anything else. I prefer to have room for at least 1 or 2 ruby.
Also what I like (and hope to make) is to match BoH with Canapé in speed so when you take your third BoH you will also renew Canapé at same time. Having duration match each other (well as close as possible) make it easier when youneed to renew buffs in the middle of a fight.
