Thread: Hey, Is this good? (Feedback please :P)

Hello,

I just created a sythsteak that has the stats of +43 damage reduction for the next 30 minutes and 27 filling. I don't know if that is really good or bad.

My additive only added up to 54 and I think that is pretty bad is it? However, I used a guide to refer to the standards of making a sythsteak and he had a +40 damage reduction on it. I have +43 and so I was wondering if this is really good or not?

Thank you so much in advance for feedbacks.

The most ever got my Synthsteak to 45% reduction, so 43 isn't bad, especially with that additive.

But be aware that the duration on Synthsteak is currenlty bugged, and is not minutes, its seconds. But that is not the bugged part. The duration number should represent hits. So if it was working correctly your synthsteak would be 43% for 30 hits. Which is not too great, as people like a balance between damage reduction and duration.

My 2 version of Synthsteak were:

40% damage reduction for 44 hits/27 fill/5 use
And
45% damage reduction for 36 hits/27 fill/5 use.

Hope that helps.

That certainly does and now I know that I can save three points and put it in duration("hits") to make it last longer. I will try this and is the addictive good number or it has to be raised?? If so, what raises the number the most? The OQ or PE?

I use 57 Light additives, which are good, but the best you can get theoretically is 60, but realisitcally 58's are the best you can hope for.

Additives require resources with high OQ and PE primarily, and FL has the lowest. DR is needed at all. The exact requirements are 50% OQ / 30% PE / 20% FL.

Then where did that one FAQ that I was reading was saying that Chef prefers to by 86/87's tissues from BE. I thought that was the tissues number must be at then Chef takes those tissues and creates a food addictive. So, I'm sure you can imagine my confusion.

Different additive sizes have different numbers. A micronutrient supplement is a "light" tissue, which has a min/max range of 30 to 60. Broad specturm nutrients are a "medium" tissue with a range from 60 to 90. Intelligent Nanonutrients are the "heavy" tissue with a range of 90 to 120. Generally, a BE with decent resources can hit 55/85/115 (depending on which size you're talking about). With really good resources they can hit 57/87/117. 58/88/118 are possible, but harder; 59/89/119 require uber resources; and 60/90/120 would require perfect resources.

And that's just for the tissues that boost Nutrition. There are the other classes of tissues for Filling, Flavor, and Quantity with their own min/max numbers. There's a tissue reference at the bottom of the chef food chart linked in the "Read this" sticky.

Thank you so much, sciguyCO.. That really helps me to figure out what can go with my stats.

Thank you Higgins for the fast replies as well.

Cheers to you both!
