that has a list of wat additives are good for each food/drink.
like for example,
micro nutrients are good for starshine surprise,
is there a list out there with this info?

There was a handy link on SWGcraft but it appears to be down atm. (The link, not swgcraft) I'd suggest you check out SWGCraft.com later and look under the Chef forums, lots of handy information. Some is in the FAQ here above I believe as well, sorry I didn't check. Anyway, generally it seems to depend what the Chef wants to do with the food in question - when I use tissues (not often, as my source is limited), I prefer to use the ones that help fill wherever possible, myself. Others may use different ones in the same case.
