Can fruit flowers be used in making Wastril bread, or any other item that says fruit is needed?

Ah the lovely flora naming conventions. If the schematic requires "x Fruit", you can use any resource under the "Fruit" branch of the flora survey tool: "Flowers", "Berries", "Fruits". Did you notice that last one? Good, because some foods require "x Fruits" (note the 's'), and you can't use Flowers or Berries in those recipes.
