I am wondering if anyone had any advice on acheiving Chef , quickly? I only ask because a friend of mine has no idea what he is doing . Any input is appreciated

Yep, the FAQ should answer a lot of questions. I'd also recommend scanning the first 3-5 of this forum for any topics that catch your eye. A little research goes a long ways...
